The Quality Technician will work within a team environment and help us maintain our commitment to producing top-notch products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

+ Conducting tests on incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards.

+ Conduct and meticulously document inspections on finished goods.

+ Managing material flow to maintain efficient production processes.

+ Coordinating calibration requirements for testing equipment.

+ Conducting internal audits to identify areas for improvement.

+ Performing trial measures to refine quality processes.

+ Drafting training materials to educate employees on quality control procedures.

+ Conducting small group quality training sessions to ensure team members are well-versed in quality standards.

+ High school graduate or general education degree (GED), required

+ Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, required

+ A minimum of 1 year ofexperience as a quality inspector, required

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, required

+ Comfortable coaching front line in a developmental manner, required

Certain states require pay information to be provided in job postings. The national pay range for this position is $24.65 to $34.51 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus.
