    Otis is on the lookout for a Senior IT Mobility Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role involves managing and maintaining the infrastructure that supports mobile devices used by Otis Mechanics.

     

    The specialist will ensure that the mobile infrastructure is secure, performs optimally, and remains reliable to effectively meet the business and field requirements.

    On a typical day you will:

    + Manage and support wireless and mobile infrastructure solutions and mobile device management (MDM) systems.

    + Plan and execute upgrades and enhancements to the mobile infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that mobile infrastructure requirements are met and that solutions are aligned with business needs.

    + Implement and maintain security protocols and policies for mobile devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    + Monitor and analyze security threats and vulnerabilities and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.

    + Stay up to date on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities and implement appropriate security measures.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile devices and mobile infrastructure.

    + Document and maintain knowledge base of mobile infrastructure solutions and troubleshooting procedures.

    + Monitor the performance of mobile infrastructure and identify areas for improvement.

    + Implement and maintain performance optimization strategies for mobile devices and networks.

    + Conduct regular performance testing and analysis to ensure that the mobile infrastructure is meeting business needs.

    What you will need to be successful:

    + 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on mobile infrastructure management

    + Strong understanding of wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi and cellular networks

    + Experience with mobile device management (MDM) systems

    + Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus

    The salary range for this role is $92,000-$120,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
