Otis is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Low code/No Code automation, and enterprise integrations to lead the design and delivery of global-scale solutions. This role requires expertise in multi-country rollouts, intelligent automation, enterprise middleware, CPQ solutions, e-signature, and marketing platform integrations.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Low code/No Code automation, Power Automate, CPQ application integration with Dynamics 365, e-signature platforms, and marketing applications. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Copilot is essential for accelerating development and optimizing business processes.
This role will work closely with a global team, driving requirements into features and user stories, aligning with product owners and scrum teams, providing timelines, and managing resources to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, the architect will collaborate with Microsoft’s FastTrack team to ensure continuous solution improvement, oversee licensing processes, and manage agreements to guarantee the most suitable service and model.
On a typical day you will focus on:
Global Solution Design and Architecture
+ Architect and design scalable, multi-region Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
+ Develop multi-country rollout strategies, ensuring localization, compliance, and data security
+ Implement enterprise-grade integrations with CPQ applications, ERP systems, middleware, and e-signature platforms to streamline business workflows
+ Define governance frameworks, security models, and best practices for enterprise implementations
+ Collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack team to align solution strategy with the latest Microsoft best practices
+ Oversee the licensing process, ensuring compliance and cost optimization across the organization.
Agile Project Execution and Team Collaboration
+ Work with a global team to drive business requirements into features and user stories
+ Align with product owners and scrum teams to prioritize work, define deliverables, and ensure development aligns with business objectives
+ Provide timelines and manage resources, ensuring project scope, budget, and deadlines are met
Power Automate and Microsoft Frameworks
+ Design and implement enterprise-wide automation solutions using Power Automate
+ Optimize business processes through process mining and event-based workflows
+ Ensure seamless integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party applications using Microsoft frameworks
+ Utilize Dataverse SDK, Power Platform CLI, and Azure DevOps Pipelines for scalable and maintainable solutions.
Enterprise Integration and Middleware
+ Lead enterprise integration strategies for ERP, middleware, CPQ applications, and e-signature solutions
+ Provide strategic guidance on API-based integrations using Azure Service Bus, Azure Service Plan
+ Implement event-driven architectures and real-time data synchronization between global business systems
+ Ensure data consistency, security, and compliance across multiple platforms and regions
Agile Methodology, Azure DevOps and GitHub Copilot
+ Drive Agile and DevOps best practices for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development
+ Utilize Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts) and GitHub Actions to automate CI/CD pipelines
+ Integrate GitHub Copilot into the development lifecycle to improve code quality, enforce best practices, and accelerate solution delivery
+ Define branching strategies, test automation frameworks, and deployment workflows to ensure high-quality and efficient releases.
Business and Stakeholder Engagement
+ Collaborate with global business leaders, IT teams, and executive management to align solutions with business goals
+ Conduct solution workshops, technical presentations, and architecture reviews for global stakeholders
+ Provide strategic guidance on Power Platform governance, security policies, licensing, and cost optimization
+ Work closely with Microsoft FastTrack team to manage agreements and ensure the most suitable service and model for the organization.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
+ Stay updated with Microsoft’s Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure AI, and GitHub Copilot roadmap to drive continuous innovation
+ Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, enhance user experience, and optimize business workflows
+ Promote the adoption of low-code/no-code solutions while maintaining enterprise scalability and compliance
What you will need to be successful:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 15+ years of experience in managing applications in Microsoft Technology.
+ 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) and Power Platform, with a focus on global implementations Strong expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) integration with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform.
+ Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM for marketing automation
+ Experience in e-signature platform integrations with Dynamics 365 Sales
+ Hands-on expertise with Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and DevOps Pipelines
+ Experience designing multi-region architectures, cross-border integrations, and compliance frameworks.
+ Strategic problem-solver with expertise in global solution architecture, automation frameworks, and DevOps best practices
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple geographies
+ Experience leading multi-functional and cross-regional teams in Agile and DevOps-driven environments
+ Strong mentoring and coaching skills to develop junior architects, developers, and consultants.
+ ERP Integrations: Experience integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with ERP systems
+ Middleware Expertise: Knowledge of API-driven integrations and real-time data transformations
+ Field Service Integrations: Strong knowledge of field service applications and integration with Dynamics 365
+ GitHub Copilot and DevOps: Experience leveraging GitHub Copilot and Azure DevOps Pipelines to improve developer efficiency and automate CI/CD workflows
+ Document Generation Tools: Experience with tools for automated document generation within Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
