    The TF33 Material Integration Manager will continuously work to improve materials supportability posture in support of the TF33 Propulsion System. You will play a part in TF33 spare proposal activity to find opportunities for improvement within the organization and drive implementation of processes and procedures to meet customer needs.

    What Will You Do

    + Engage in materials support integration activities including material supportability with MESPC, Industrial, and delivery assurance to evaluate supply opportunities and take action accordingly

    + Prepare reports at regular intervals and supporting a monthly Critical Parts call and P103 Risk Assessment to provide delivery status on the most critically needed parts for the Tinker depot

    + Utilizing strong organizational, teaming, interpersonal and communication skills in relating directly with the U.S. Air Force, DLA, and NATO Customers is key to this role.

    + Prioritize tasks and plans effectively

    + Must have the ability to receive inputs internally and package and deliver clear external messaging to the customer

    + Support the spares P&L to meet program financial targets and customer needs

    + Participate and in PMO material forecasting integration with Delivery Assurance to ensure the proper demand signal to the supply base through the SIOP and Deep Look processes and systems

    Qualifications You Must Have

    + Bachelor's degree

    + 8 years of program or materials management, operations, supply chain, or business experience; and or an advanced degree with 5 years of program or materials management, operations, supply chain, or business experience

    + Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship

    Qualifications We Prefer

    + A minimum of CORE Apprentice certification status

    + Strong cross functional leadership experience and communication skills

    + Experience in aerospace and government contracts

    + Efficient in use of Office software (Teams, One Note, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); working knowledge of SAP

    + SIOP process improvement, integration and demand planning

    + Cross functional awareness of aftermarket activities within Pratt & Whitney to satisfy external customer needs

    + Experience with SQL or data querying

     

    What Is My Role Type?

    **Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

     

    _Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility._

     

    The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

     

    RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

     

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
