You will be the Multi\-Functional Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager for the Make Hardware team\. Our team is responsible for managing manufacturing processes to support multiple programs, ensuring efficient product flow and coordination with manufacturing and quality counterparts\.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Multi\-Functional Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team and coordinating daily activities to identify and react to changing needs and priorities, driving results and delivering exceptional support to our programs\.

Your responsibilities will include:

•Managing a team of Make Hardware Reps to support product flow for multiple programs

•Coordinating daily activities with manufacturing and quality counterparts

•Assigning personnel to support critical schedule changes

•Providing status updates to all levels of management

•Attending multiple meetings in support of programs and manufacturing management

•Leading staff to meet critical schedules and resolve complex technical or operational issues

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\.

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to obtain a security clearance

\- Understand the management of budgets\.

\- Demonstrated proficient knowledge of

computer systems, databases, and programs

\- Ability to assign projects to organizational unit

by leading staff to meet critical schedules,

resolve complex and time sensitive technical or

operational issues\.

\- Strategic thinker with lean manufacturing focus

/ \(Greenbelt certified or equivalent\)

\-Excellent communication skills\. Demonstrated

ability to work with multiple levels of

Management, industry peers, and internal and

external customers\.

\- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem

solving, and multitasking skills

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of Material Management and

Accounting System \(MMAS\)

\- Inventory Control and material handling

knowledge

\- Black Belt trained / certified

\- Ability to understand engineering drawings and

parts lists

\-Ability to read and analyze production reports

\-Ability to present data to multiple levels of

leadership

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
