**Description:** You will be the Operations Analyst for the Industrial Engineering team\. Our team is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs, with a strong emphasis on analytical skills to drive data\-driven decision making\.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, leveraging your analytical skills to drive efficiency and cost savings\. Your responsibilities will include:
• Analyzing production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborating with cross\-functional teams to drive change and implement new processes
• Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\.
Basic Qualifications:
\- Ability to obtain a secret security
clearance
\- Bachelor's degree in related discipline
\(Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing
Engineering, etc\.\)
\- Experience working with Simio Simulation Modeling or other discrete event simulation modeling
\- Demonstrated ability to work with and
present to multiple levels of management
\- Demonstrated Data Analytics experience
\- Strong interpersonal and communication
skills
Desired Skills:
\- Experience analyzing large data sets
\- Experience working in SAP or other
Enterprise Resource Planning \(ERP\)
systems
\- Ability to develop automated data visuals/tools that support improvement processes
\- Linear Programming experience
\-Tableau / SQL / Python / Data Analytics experience
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
