    We are currently seeking a Celonis Analyst to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    _Job Duties and Responsibilities: Day to Day job Duties_

    + Design and develop process mining analyses using Celonis EMS to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

    + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map as-is processes.

    + Build dashboards, KPIs, and custom analyses using Celonis PQL and other platform features.

    + Support process transformation initiatives by providing insights from Celonis analyses.

    + Work with data engineers to extract, transform, and load (ETL) relevant data into Celonis.

    + Continuously monitor, maintain, and improve Celonis data models and visualizations.

    + Strong knowledge of process mining principles and methodologies.

    + Proficiency with PQL (Process Query Language) and Celonis IBC/EMS.

    + Experience integrating Celonis with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow.

    + Solid SQL skills and understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.

    + Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    _Good to Have:_

    + Knowledge of Python or R for extended analytics capabilities.

    + Familiarity with BPMN or process mapping tools.

    + Experience in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.

    + Celonis Analyst or Implementation certification.

    _Basic Qualifications_

    + 5+ years of experience in data analytics or process improvement roles, with 2–3+ years specific to Celonis EMS.
