Executive Assistant, Kitchen & Bath International

Opportunity
Perform a variety of tasks aimed to optimize the time and performance of President – K&B International and ensure operations flow smoothly in a fast-paced, technologically oriented office environment. Tasks involve dealing with correspondence and phone calls, managing calendars, organizing meetings and appointments, and participating in projects, etc.
Specific Responsibilities
+ Schedule appointments, make arrangements for group level and cross regional meetings and conferences, and organize travel plans, proactively ensuring President maximizes the time for each item.
+ Prepare tailored letters, emails, and more complex reports, agendas and minutes of meetings.
+ Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technological devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
+ Manages budget for President Office including expense management / reporting.
+ Produce, update, and provide best practice support on complex Microsoft documents, databases, and other systems, using expertise to help improve processes.
+ Answer the telephone and assist callers or those making a broad range of inquiries by email or mail or other means with any requests for information, directing more complex matters to colleagues as necessary. Initiate contact internally and externally on a regular basis to convey requests, provide instructions, or obtain information on behalf of President.
+ Receive visitors and respond accurately and promptly to a broad range of questions and issues raised.
+ Support President by carrying out a range of procurement activities. Involves following established procedures.
+ Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards.
Skills/Requirements
+ 8 years of administrative experience, of which 5+ with Kohler Company, is preferred.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal and external contacts. Proven ability to collaborate across multi functions and multi-cultural. Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
+ Proven ability to navigate complexity and work with high-level direction. Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. Maneuvers comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics.
+ Exceptional and proven customer service, along with a high degree of professionalism / confidentiality required.
+ Excellent skills in office systems management. Works with full competence to understand and effectively use standard office equipment and standard software packages (Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) to support business processes.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with frequent changes in schedules and priorities.

_The salary range for this position is $56,900 - $71,100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k._
