Description
ARS is seeking a Principal Program Manager at Hanscom AFB. The C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) focuses on providing enterprise support to over 110 active Air Force, Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve installations and bases. The office also provides technical and policy support and provides C3I infrastructure for the USAF enterprise applications. AFLCMC/HNI is organized into 7 branches primarily located at Hanscom AFB, MA, with operating locations at WPAFB, OH, and Gunter Annex Maxwell AFB and AL.

As a Principal Program Manager at ARS, you will:
+ Manage acquisition and execution in accordance with DoD policies, including SAMRS and DSAMS
+ Collaborate with SAF/IA, AFSAC, DSCA, FDO, AFLCMC/WFNFM
+ Lead DoD acquisition planning efforts: industry days, source selection, RFP development, and contract preparation
+ Support program reviews, design reviews, Interface Control Working Groups (ICWGs), PARs, and case meetings
+ Evaluate and recommend solutions for cost, schedule, and performance execution challenges
+ Develop and deliver program status briefings to US and international senior leadership
+ Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, logistics, and program management
+ Create customer briefings for industry and international stakeholders
+ Travel to CENTCOM, OEM sites, and other CONUS/OCONUS locations as required
+ Interpret program schedules and support milestone planning and review
+ Work independently and proactively support mission objectives, especially during Government PM absence
+ Will perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ **Experience:** 10+ years in a DoD environment.
+ **Education:** BA/BS degree or Master's degree preferred.
+ **Security Clearance:** Active Secret Security Clearance.
+ **Certifications:** PMP Certificate preferred.
+ **Citizenship:** Must be a US citizen.
