    What You’ll Do

    + Lead and guide caregivers to deliver outstanding in-home care

    + Visit clients, conduct assessments, and oversee personalized care plans

    + Provide hands-on training, orientation, and performance evaluations for home health aides

    + Serve as the clinical support system for your field team

    What We’re Looking For

    + A Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience

    + Previous supervisory experience

    + A compassionate leader who believes in people-first care — both for clients and your team
