BAYADA is seeking experienced RNs to deliver expert one-on-one care to high-acuity clients in their homes across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx. As a Take Home Lead Nurse, you'll be part of our elite response team - opening cases, filling urgent needs and guiding others with confidence and compassion. • What You'll Earn

+ $50/hour

+ Weekly pay

+ Comprehensive benefits (PTO, 401k, medical/dental/vision)

• What You'll Work

+ Full-time or part-time (minimum two consistent scheduled shifts/week)

+ 12-hour day and night shifts available

+ 2 weekend shifts/month required

• What You Need

+ Active RN license in the state of New York

+ Graduation from an accredited nursing program

+ 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)

+ Willingness to work with both adult and pediatric clients

+ Ability to travel to all 5 boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx

+ Flexibility, resilience and initiative - this role is for nurses who thrive on variety and challenge
