The Central Operations Enterprise team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to lead and oversee the operational and strategic aspects of our business unit. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in driving growth, optimizing performance, and fostering a culture of excellence. The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing business plans, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and ensuring the overall efficiency and budgets of the unit.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans aligned with organizational goals, conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, and adapting strategies to dynamic market conditions.
+ Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, analyze key financial metrics, and implement cost-optimization measures to ensure profitability and financial health of the business unit.
+ Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
+ Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, partners, and internal departments, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment.
+ Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate regular reports on business performance, analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to senior management.
+ Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize business disruptions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
+ Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, seeking out best practices, and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
Experience and Qualifications:
+ Passionate about simplifying complexity in processes in order to maintain the teams’ efforts on driving results and value
+ 7+ years experience in financial services with 5+ years in Business Manager or Program Manager role supporting a team working on multiple initiatives
+ In Key Responsibilities section, I would like to add a point about working with Finance Management team and Business Managers of Central Operations and other teas that provide funding for our projects.
+ Develop in-depth understanding of our engagement model and help establish the engagement as we start work on new initiatives
+ Experience in using AI, ML for data insights, analytics is a plus
+ Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving capabilities
+ Bachelor’s degree required. Masters degree preferred
+ Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery, product management, value stream methodologies
+ Proven track record in producing quality project artefacts, including senior management reports within a technology or risk & controls domain
+ Motivated self-starter with ability to pick up and learn new skills and knowledge quickly and navigate the organization
+ Ability to build and manage a diverse portfolio

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$142,320.00 - $213,480.00
