Hyundai AutoEver America's HQ (Fountain Valley or Costa Mesa, depending on business unit) will be running a 12-week internship program from 06/24/2025 to 09/12/2025.  Interns will be expected to work anywhere between 20 - 24 hours a week, not to exceed 30 hours a week.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an Asset Management Generalist Intern for the Asset Management Group to support daily operations and help execute strategic business plans.

You are responsible for day-to-day operations support following standard HAEA AMG procedures, ensuring to meet the Service Legel Agreement. You are expected to coordinate with the business and collaborate with the internal HAEA IT departments to complete the task.

Essential Functions:

+ Provide operational support for asset management teams, such as SW/HW-related service requests.

+ Assist in asset tracking and inventory management.

+ Prepare summaries and reports to contribute to Client-facing presentation and meetings.

+ Assists in market research, analytics, documentation, and administrative tasks.

+ Provide audit and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operation’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Basic Requirements:

+ College Senior or recent graduate

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills be able to identify problems and proactively provide solutions.

+ Knowledge in using Microsoft Offices: Excel (data entry, reporting and analysis), Power Point (presentation), Word (documentation)

+ Strong communication and documentation skills; attention to detail.

+ Passion for continuous learning.

Pay Range - $25.00 to $27.00/hour
