Additional Information About the Role
BJC HealthCare System is now hiring a **Full-Time** **Warehouse Pharmacy Inventory Coordinator** for our **Home Care Infusion Pharmacy (710 S Boyle Ave., St. Louis, MO).**
Position Details:
+ **Day Shift: Monday – Friday with a Rotating schedule between opening (8am-4:30pm) and closing (8:30am-5pm) shifts**
+ **NO weekends or holidays!!!**
+ **Warehouse shipping area**
+ Assist with supply integration and medication fills
+ Production-oriented role with minimal patient contact
+ Pulling, processing medication fills, and integrating supplies into the facility
+ This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to walk actively throughout the warehouse during shifts
+ Ability to stand and move extensively
+ Capability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
_Requirements:_
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ **Missouri Pharmacy Technician License (required** ): The license can be obtained quickly—simply submit your application now and expect approval within 3-4 weeks. Submit an application to the Missouri Board of Pharmacy (note: this is a license, not a certification).
+ Must undergo a criminal background check
_Experience:_
+ _Warehouse pharmacy experience (preferred)_
+ Experience in high-volume filling areas, case picking, scanning, unloading, or shipping is a plus
+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
+ _Case picking, scanner, pulling, unloading, shipping, pharmacy logistics, Pharmaceutical Shipping, pharmacy supply chain, pharmacy distribution, pharmacy operations, Medication distribution, Shipping Lead_

Overview
**BJC Home Care** offers patients and their families a complete range of home care services, including skilled nursing services, adult and pediatric hospice and supportive care, rehabilitation therapy, home infusion therapy, infusion treatment rooms, home medical equipment and high-tech respiratory care. Specialty home care programs also are available, including adult and pediatric asthma, cardiac, diabetes, orthopedic and wound care programs.
BJC Home Care provides care to thousands of patients in both Missouri and Illinois. Serving more than 25 counties, it has become the largest home care network in the region and one of the largest in the country.
The Home Infusion Therapy Department of BJC Home Care Services works closely with physicians, patients and caregivers to enable patients to remain or return home while receiving intravenous medications. Our services include 24 hour on-call pharmacy and nursing services, comprehensive patient education materials, patient assessment and drug administration monitoring, and coordination of professional services including home care nursing and laboratory services.

Ensures necessary supplies to provide quality patient care for pharmacy department.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinates and distributes materials and pharmaceuticals to pharmacy stocking locations.
+ Ensures proper hand-offs occur for all items including perishable goods.
+ Coordinates removal of packaging and trash from pharmacy stocking locations.
+ Provides information on inventory stock outs and variances to assist in eliminating errors in stocking and picking merchandise
