    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Senior Demand Planner to join the Supply Chain Excellence team of a large consumer healthcare organization. We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Demand Planner to develop SKU-level operational forecasts across a designated product portfolio. This role plays a key part in supporting the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process through the effective use of SAP Demand Planning tools. They will develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts at the SKU level by leveraging SAP Demand Planning and aligning with IBP processes.

     

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, CPFR, Finance, and Supply Planning to gather insights and align on forecast assumptions. Also, they will analyze historical sales and shipment data, current POS trends, trade inventory levels, and promotional activities to inform and refine demand plans. Identify and communicate forecast variances, lead cross-functional forecast review meetings, and ensure alignment with IBP standards. Lastly, the Senior Demand Planner will monitor and report on key forecasting metrics such as MAPE and Forecast Accuracy, and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelor's Degree in related field

     

    - 4+ years' experience in Supply Chain specifically with demand planning

     

    - ERP experience

     

    - Strong cross-functional and project mgmt skills

    - Personal Care or Consumer Goods industry experience null
