Job Description
Insight Global's client in the Environmental Consulting space is looking to add a Project Manager to their team in the St. Louis area. This environmental team has a focus in school based asbestos programs and services about 6 different districts in the STL area. An ideal Environmental PM will be able to effectively juggle multiple projects at any given time across the 50 different facilities that they have service agreements with. The current environmental team has 7 people and this candidate will be responsible for delegating work and responsibilities to various interns and technicians. A small amount of travel will be required in the STL metro area to visit active job sites, check in on employees on site and provide any oversight as necessary. Although this client does not do the actual abatement (removal, reduction, or containment of hazardous materials from buildings or environments to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations) for asbestos or lead based paint/drinking water, they are tasking with third party monitoring and oversight. Responsibilities also include:
Perform industrial hygiene services including asbestos, indoor air quality, and lead surveys
Perform environmental services including Phase I environmental site assessments (ESAs)
Perform or assist in Phase II ESAs including soil and groundwater sampling
Ability to prepare technical proposal and reports

5+ years of experience working in an environmental consulting related position
Asbestos Inspector Cert
Asbestos Management Planner Cert
Asbestos Air Sampling Cert Asbestos Designer Cert
Lead risk assessor/inspector cert null
