_What You'll Do_

As a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Morley in Saginaw, Michigan, you'll:

+ Lend a helpful hand and empathic ear to customers with general questions about their health insurance plans

+ Help register members for educational events

+ Provide administrative and customer service support for automotive business processing programs

+ Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Skills for Success

_Required Skills_

+ Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

+ Computer navigation and basic typing skills

_Eligibility Requirements_

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Six or more months of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)

+ **Required to work on site at our office in Saginaw, Michigan, for your scheduled shifts**

+ Able to work 24-30 hours per week and attend training

+ Center's hours of operation: 8:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday through Friday (no weekends!)

+ Flexible work schedules

+ Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably
