    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for an Accounting Section Manager in Richmond, VA. The Accounting Section Manager will:

     

    -Plan, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the accounting operations of the department

     

    -Prepare special reports for audits, financial statements, registers, surveys, and other ad hoc analyses

     

    -Analyze accounting reports, make routine adjustment entries

     

    -Make recommendations to Finance department head regarding department policies and procedures

     

    -Review all accounting pronouncements issued by regulatory bodies

    This position will directly oversee:

    -Assets

     

    -Bank reconciliations

     

    -Cash management

     

    -Debt

     

    -Leases

    Skills and Requirements

    6 years of accounting experience

    CPA

    Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration Government accounting experience null
