Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a SAP Hybris Business System Analyst to join their team. As a SAP Hybris Business System Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully .

**Job Title:** SAP Hybris Business System Analyst

**Location:** Milwaukee, WI - REMOTE

What's the Job?

+ Manage and lead development teams in SAP Hybris projects.

+ Configure, customize, and extend the SAP Hybris Commerce platform.

+ Mentor junior developers and business system analysts.

+ Collaborate on data modeling, performance tuning, and system architecture.

+ Ensure effective integration with SAP systems (ERP, CRM) and data synchronization.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

+ Deep understanding of SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud.

+ Experience with Hybris modules such as PCM, WCMS, Order Management, and Promotions.

+ Proficiency with tools like Jenkins, Git, JIRA, and Confluence.

+ Strong understanding of database design and SQL.
