Our client, a leader in customer service and IT solutions, is seeking a Network Technician - Advanced Level to join their team. As a Network Technician, you will be part of the IT support team, providing essential infrastructure support for the Baytown manufacturing complex. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to project management, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Network Technician - Advanced Level

**Location:** Beaumont, TX

Pay Range: 42.00-45.00

What's the Job?

+ Provide on-site infrastructure support for network, AV, and server systems.

+ Collaborate with business customers to plan and execute project deliverables across multiple infrastructure disciplines.

+ Troubleshoot network-related issues and support remote L2+ analysts.

+ Coordinate with cable vendors for installation and troubleshooting of network infrastructure.

+ Assist in the setup and configuration of AV systems and support server/storage infrastructure.

What's Needed?

+ Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

+ Knowledge of Service Now and basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

+ Experience in project management and planning.

+ Familiarity with wired, wireless, LAN, and WAN technologies.

+ Ability to work safely in an operational environment with associated hazards.
