This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work, values accuracy, and thrives in a team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ **Support Project Bids:** Help the owner with preparing and organizing bid documents and identifying new opportunities.

+ **Track Opportunities:** Monitor and manage bid lettings across a 12-state region to keep us on top of potential projects.

+ **Assist with Accounts Payable:** Match invoices with quotes and help generate reports to keep things running smoothly.

+ **Learn Payroll:** Get hands-on experience with payroll processes and contribute to this important function.

+ **Help with Tax Reporting:** Assist with IFTA reporting for heavy highway tax compliance.

+ **Billing Support:** Learn how to create accurate and timely Heavy Hauling Billings.

+ **Fleet Maintenance Logs:** Keep records up to date for our heavy truck fleet.

+ **Grow Your Skills:** Take part in cross-training to learn new tasks and support different areas of the business.

What You’ll Bring:

+ Strong skills in Excel and Word.

+ Basic understanding of cost accounting.

+ Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

+ Great attention to detail.

+ A team-first attitude and good communication skills.
