Our client, a leader in the light industrial sector, is seeking a Mixer to join their team. As a Mixer, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively, and excellent time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Mixer

**Location:** Worcester, MA

**Pay Range:** $22.00 /hr

11:30 to 8:00pm Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

+ Receive and measure various types of materials in small to large quantities.

+ Operate machines and manually mix or re-screen materials such as abrasive grains and chemicals.

+ Prepare mixes for handoff to Mixer II and Molding functions.

+ Ensure quality control by screening and re-screening products.

+ Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient production processes.

What's Needed?

+ Experience in Manufaturing and Mixing proccess

+ Ability to handle materials in various container sizes.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

+ Effective communication skills to work within a team environment.

+ Flexibility to work the designated shift hours.
