Our client, a leading player in the financial services industry, is seeking a Remote Operational Risk Analyst to join their Risk Management team. As an Operational Risk Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic department supporting critical risk management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

**Job Title:** Operational Risk Analyst

**Pay Range:** $85-90/HR W2

What's the Job?

+ Lead and support execution of Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), including control design, testing, and evaluation for digital products and payment services.

+ Monitor and assess operational risks related to customer authentication and authorization protocols.

+ Collaborate with product, technology, compliance, and business teams to ensure effective risk controls are embedded in digital experiences.

+ Analyze incidents and emerging risks to drive continuous control improvement across banking platforms.

+ Support internal and external audits, regulatory exams, and governance activities.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

+ Expertise in Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).

+ Strong understanding of card and banking product transaction workflows.

+ Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.

+ Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
