Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Assemblers and Machine Operators to join their team. As a Production Assembler and Machine Operator, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Assemblers and Machine Operators
**Location:** Canton, MO
**Pay Range:** $16.10 - $16.60 per hour
What's the Job?
+ Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
+ Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
+ Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
+ Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and workflows.
What's Needed?
+ Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
+ Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
+ Willingness to work 2nd (3:30 PM - 11:30 PM) or 3rd shift (11:30 PM - 7:30 AM).
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
