    Our client, a leader in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Semiconductor Principal Safety Engineer to join their team. As a Semiconductor Principal Safety Engineer, you will be part of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team supporting site management and personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Semiconductor Principal Safety Engineer

    **Location:** Roseville, CA

    **Pay Range:** $140,000-$150,000 base+ DOE

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Apply your knowledge of safety to identify, analyze, and resolve safety issues within the manufacturing environment.

    + Collaborate with site management to maintain safety standards based on risk/hazard analysis and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

    + Lead safety input for the specification, design, build, and launch of new processes and procedures.

    + Manage daily safety operations and risk mitigation across multi-division production facilities.

    + Analyze injury and incident trends to create and deliver pertinent safety training and improvements.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

    + 10+ years of HSE safety experience in a manufacturing environment involving hazardous chemicals and gases.

    + Experience in developing procedural and system solutions for safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental issues.

    + Strong computer and data management skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.

    + Strong experience with OSHA, PSM, chemicals, LOTO, gas cabinets, semiconductor-specific safety processes and issues, reporting, trainings, etc.
