Our client, a leader in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Semiconductor EHS Engineer to join their team. As a Semiconductor EHS Engineer, you will be part of the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Department supporting site management and personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Semiconductor EHS Engineer
**Location:** Roseville, CA
**Pay Range:** $140,000 - $150,000
What's the Job?
+ Apply knowledge of safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental science to identify, analyze, and resolve industrial hygiene and environmental issues.
+ Maintain safety & environmental standards based on risk/hazard analysis to meet regulatory requirements and HSE management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OSHA VPP).
+ Collaborate as a valued member of the site leadership team to provide HSE guidance, technical support, and coordinate activities and processes.
+ Lead and provide safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental input for the specification, design, build, and launch of new processes and procedures.
+ Collaborate with other Bosch HSE sites and regions to improve overall performance in North America.
What's Needed?
+ BS or MS Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental, or a related major.
+ 5+ years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment involving the use of hazardous chemicals and gases.
+ Experience with the storage and disposal of hazardous waste.
+ Strong experience with California air permitting, pollution abatement, etc.
+ Experience with semiconductor facility-specific EHS concerns including ARC Flash
