    We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals aged 18–24 to join our manufacturing team as Machine Operators. This is an excellent opportunity for young professionals looking to start a career in industrial operations, manufacturing, or mechanical work. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!

     

    Job Title:** **Machine Operator (Entry-Level)

     

    Pay Range: based off experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production

    + Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines

    + Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects

    + Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

    + Record production data and maintain accurate logs

    + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work

    + Ability to follow instructions and work independently

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

    + Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
