    Our client, a leader in the Aerospace industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative production processes. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

     

    **Job Title:** Manufacturing Engineer

    **Location:** Tempe, AZ

    **Pay Range:** $36 - $42/hr (based on experience)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Implement and sustain lean production systems across electronics assembly, electrical testing, and machining operations.

    + Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

    + Manage the deployment of technical equipment, including custom functional test systems.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

    + Apply built-in-quality tools such as SPC, Cpk, and measurement system analysis to ensure product quality.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or as a technician, preferably in PC board assembly, electrical systems, or machining.

    + Associate’s or technical degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related science field.

    + Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.

    + Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

    + Hands-on experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
