Our client, a leader in property management, is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the overall upkeep and functionality of residential properties. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Apartment Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Palm Desert, CA

Pay Range: $20.00

What's the Job?

+ Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.

+ Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

+ Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and address issues effectively.

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory of supplies.

+ Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and enhance resident satisfaction.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.

+ Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with residents and team members.

+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
