    Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    The Environmental Services Supervisor, under direction of the Director, performs regular EVS duties for part of their position. In addition to the EVS duties, the supervisor collaborates on hiring, coaching, training and discipline of EVS employees. Ensures patient and customer satisfaction and good public relations are achieved through the efficient uses of resources.

     

    Serves as a resource , and collaborates with others, to advance the hospital's mission. The EVS Supervisor keeps the Director informed at all times and assists as necessary. Executes responsibilities based on objectives, guidelines, and hospital philosophy. Work is performed independently, with latitude for independent judgment and initiative.

    What qualifications you will need:

    + High School Graduate / GED
