    Where You’ll Work

    This position is based in our Lenexa, KS office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.

    What You’ll Do

    This position will support the Pediatric Learning Solutions (PLS) team in the development and delivery of educational content that supports the training of staff in participating hospitals. This includes assisting with product development processes, documentation, and quality assurance to provide an efficient and effective learning experience for participants.

     

    + Provide administrative and operational support to the PLS team, including meeting scheduling, note-taking, document management, and coordinating cross-team communications to ensure smooth project execution.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain internal interfaces, participant-facing materials, and product-related content across CHA web platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation.

    + Ensure that supporting resources (e.g., curricula, instructor guides, product portfolios) are properly versioned, stored, and aligned with current offerings.

    + Manage multiple product-related tasks simultaneously, tracking products through the development process, ensuring that deadlines are met and adjusting timelines and priorities in collaboration with the PLS team.

    + Conduct quality assurance testing and user experience reviews of PLS products, providing feedback and documenting findings.

    + Serve as team leader for survey and data collection tools, including survey creation, data analysis, and reporting.

    Required Experience:

    What You’ll Bring to CHA

    Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + A minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience directly supporting a team.

    + Basic knowledge of personal computer applications with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro products.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Project coordination skills such as the ability to manage and organize projects and meetings efficiently, excellent follow-through and excellent proofing.

    Preferred Experience:

    + Additional education via college coursework or business school.

    + Experience managing small projects and/or processes.

    + Experience in basic website maintenance.

    More About CHA

    This pay range shown is a guideline. Min: $44,000 Max: $88,000 Compensation is based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
