Role Purpose: Performs various activities in maintaining, repairing, and installing 3D body scanner HW & SW. Primary sales contact to maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships while successfully creating and driving new sales opportunities. Work closely with other departments to realize new business, product, and technology opportunities in existing medical, industrial, aerospace, automotive, and educational markets.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
+ Direct and coordinate sales activities on a day-to-day basis to ensure operational efficiency and economy of the Corporation’s customers.
+ Acquisition and acquisition support of new customers.
+ Pro-actively assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements and satisfaction by engaging directly with customer accounts
+ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
+ Generating sales with new customers to meet the targets established during the annual business plan and review process.
+ Installation and maintenance of the 3D body scanner equipment and its related hardware and software.
+ Assemble and/or disassemble the scanning equipment by following the safety guidelines.
+ Project Management of ongoing and new projects.
+ Attendance at project meetings and conferences or expositions and co-ordinate of customer training sessions.
+ Outside product demonstrations to potential and existing customers (requiring domestic and international travel).
+ Ongoing customer support for all products sold by the Corporation.

+ The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
Education and/or Experience:
+ High School diploma required
+ At least 2-year related experience with 3D HW & SW
+ Previous experience in electrical engineering field is a plus
+ Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
+ Strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.
