    About the Role:

    West End Express, a subsidiary of Cargomatic, is seeking a Finance Administrative Specialist to support our driver payroll audit process and ensure accurate billing documentation. This role is a critical part of our operations, ensuring that payments to drivers are processed efficiently while maintaining compliance with billing requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Audit driver payroll for accuracy and compliance with company policies.

    + Communicate with drivers throughout the day to collect missing billing documentation.

    + Review and verify billing details to ensure proper documentation is submitted.

    + Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies related to payroll and billing.

    + Maintain accurate records of audits, communications, and resolutions.

    + Assist with administrative tasks related to payroll and billing operations.

    + Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with drivers and other stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    + Experience in payroll auditing, billing, finance, or a related administrative role.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in financial records.

    + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage drivers professionally and persistently.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, or other financial tools is a plus.

    + Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or trucking is preferred but not required.

     

    The expected compensation range for this role is $20-25/hour. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and other factors permitted by law. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
