    AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role ofBartender at Toledo Mud Hens.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests following standard recipes

    + Pour wine, liquor and beer

    + Monitor costs through accurate pours

    + Check identification and serve drinks responsibly

    + Anticipate your guest's needs and be alert of guest signals (raising a hand, making eye contact, etc.)

    + Acknowledge guests to let them know you will be right with them

    + Efficiently and accurately operate a cash register

    + Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu along with ingredients of dishes

    + Meet or exceed client service time standards and expectations

    + Set up, serve, and clean up serving areas in a timely manner

    Job Requirements:

    Requirements:

    + One or more years of restaurant serving/bartending experience preferred

    + Ability to read, write and perform basic math

    + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

    + Customer-oriented, organized, and detail oriented

    + Ability to work a flexible schedule

    + High standard of personal hygiene
