    • Love Precision? Thrive on Problem-Solving? Join Us as a Driver Settlements Coordinator! 🚛

At the core of every great logistics operation is a rock-solid team ensuring that drivers get paid accurately, on time, and with confidence. That’s where you come in.

As a Driver Settlements Coordinator, you’re more than a number cruncher—you’re the financial heartbeat for our fleet. You'll own the details, spot inconsistencies, and work closely with drivers, departments, and leadership to ensure every transaction is transparent and seamless.

If you’re obsessed with accuracy, energized by multitasking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your work truly matters, let’s talk.

    • What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Process driver payroll and settlements using our Trip Jacket module in TMI—ensuring correct pay, deductions, fuel transactions, and reimbursements.

+ Set up new owner-operator accounts and ensure everything is ready for seamless settlements.

+ Track key company and owner-operator assets and keep master files updated and accurate.

+ Act as a go-to resource—communicating directly with drivers, internal teams, and leadership to resolve pay questions and discrepancies.

+ Prepare weekly settlements with a sharp eye for detail—verify pay transactions, audit for errors, and provide supporting documentation.

+ Handle contract terminations with care, ensuring outgoing owner-operators are settled quickly, fairly, and in line with contract terms.

+ Maintain both physical and digital filing systems—organized, accessible, and always audit-ready.

+ Pitch in where needed—support fellow settlement coordinators during high volume periods, absences, or training efforts.

+ Stay proactive, flexible, and always ready to help your team win.

    • What You Bring:

+ High school diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field is a plus.

+ 1–2 years of relevant experience in payroll, settlements, accounting, or back-office logistics support.

+ A love for accuracy and organization—you triple-check your work and take pride in clean data.

+ Ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

+ Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and Excel spreadsheets.

+ A self-starter mindset with an “All In to Win” attitude—you adapt fast and stay motivated in a dynamic environment.

    • What’s In It For You:

    + Quarterly bonus opportunities.

+ A comprehensive benefits package—including medical, dental, vision, company-paid life and disability insurance, plus voluntary extras.

+ 120 hours of PTO on Day One—yes, you read that right.

+ 160 hours of work-from-home time after 6 months of great performance.

+ A 401(K) to help you plan for the future.

+ A supportive, fast-paced work culture where your accuracy and commitment are celebrated.
