    As the Assistant Clinical Director, your leadership will directly shape the experience of both our patients and the team that serves them.     Assistant Clinical Director RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:

    + Unencumbered Registered Nurse license

    + 2+ years of nursing experience with previous nurse leadership experience required

    + Hospice, home health, or related environments experience preferred

    + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead an interdisciplinary team.

    + Knowledge of reimbursement processes and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

    + Provide mentorship and guidance to clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care.

    + Oversee assessment, evaluation, and documentation of patient and family needs.

    + Manage the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program, including audits, reporting, and compliance.

    + Ensure Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) staffing meets company ratio requirements per census.

    + Maintain patient records and agency reports, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
