About the Job
The IT Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions within the KI and KIMx user communities. This position involves:
+ Collaborating with stakeholders.
+ Defining, analyzing, and documenting project requirements.
+ Converting the agreed to requirements into actionable IT solutions that align with the company's strategic goals and available software tools.
+ The IT Business Analyst acts as a liaison between business units and the IT department, ensuring effective communication and smooth project execution.
The Analyst is critical in ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs and objectives. By collaborating with various stakeholders and applying analytical and communication skills, this role contributes to the successful execution of projects and the overall growth and efficiency of the organization.
Responsibilities
+ Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
+ Elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
+ Analyze and refine requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and feasibility.
+ Solution Design:
+ Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
+ Collaborate with development teams to design IT solutions that meet business needs.
+ Identify potential process improvements and recommend technology solutions.
+ Stakeholder Communication:
+ Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, external customers, and 3rd party vendors.
+ Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
+ Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
+ Documentation:
+ Create detailed requirement documents, process flowcharts, and user stories.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Document all necessary training SOPs for a successful project launch.
+ Change Management:
+ Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users related to ERP software’s across the entire Organization.
+ Support the transition to new systems by addressing user concerns and facilitating adoption.
+ Continuous Improvement:
+ Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
+ Identify opportunities to enhance processes, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
+ Proven experience (3 years) as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish)
+ Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques, process modeling, and use case development.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
+ Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
+ Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and changing environment.

Education
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
