    Amazon is always adding new delivery options to make shopping easier for customers around the world. The Delivery Experience (DEX) team works to make this process as smooth as possible.

     

    As the Principal Product Manager, you'll lead efforts to make our delivery experience even better. You'll set goals, decide what features to build, and plan how and when to launch them. You'll have a tech team to help you, and you'll work with other teams in the company to get things done. You'll also listen to what customers want and use their feedback to improve. Your work will make shopping easier for millions of people.

     

    We're looking for someone who loves tech, learns fast, and aims to make customers happy. If you're good at making clear plans and taking action, this role could be for you.

     

    Key job responsibilities

     

    - Lead Innovation: Identify customer and business needs to develop solutions that push the boundaries of our delivery experience.

     

    - Roadmap and Requirements: Establish detailed business and product requirements. Prioritize features and use-cases, set milestones, and oversee the strategic plan for product development.

     

    - Stakeholder Alignment: Secure internal and external support for the product vision, coordinating with various teams and key partners to ensure buy-in.

     

    - Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate directly with software development teams and other departments to address customer and business challenges. Lead the launch of new product features.

     

    - Resource Management: Effectively prioritize and allocate resources across multiple projects to ensure timely and impactful outcomes.

    Basic Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree

     

    - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

     

    - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

     

    - Experience technical product management

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements

     

    - Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
