    Description

As a Service Offering Product Manager in Strategic Account Services, you will be at the forefront of transforming how Amazon serves its sellers.

    Key job responsibilities

Your role centers on identifying and developing new approaches to paid account management that combine novel support models and team structures with a deep understanding of sellers' needs. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to design and validate these new service models, ensuring they deliver meaningful value to sellers while maintaining program economics.

Your responsibility begins with service model definition, where you'll articulate clear workflows, expected outcomes, and performance measurements for new service approaches. You'll develop comprehensive frameworks that detail how teams will work together, often proposing innovative team structures supported by thorough financial analysis. This work requires close collaboration with Finance partners to validate economics and ensure sustainable scaling potential.

A critical aspect of your role involves pilot management and measurement. You'll drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, including RBS (Retail Business Services), account teams, and SAS leadership, to define pilot scope and seller cohorts. Success requires exceptional stakeholder management skills as you'll need to maintain clear communication channels with senior leadership, and ensure operational teams are aligned on their responsibilities and expectations.

You'll own the end-to-end success metrics for your pilots, measuring everything from execution to CSM experience and seller satisfaction. This includes partnering with Voice of Seller (VoS) to develop appropriate feedback mechanisms and working with Business Intelligence teams to create meaningful performance reporting. As pilots prove successful, you'll develop scaling strategies, manage headcount planning across, and execute growth plans.

Your analytical rigor will be crucial in making data-driven recommendations for program scaling through detailed go/no-go decision documents. Post-launch, you'll continue to iterate on the model based on seller and employee feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery and seller satisfaction.
