Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chico, California. In this position, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to clients, managing insurance policies, and ensuring seamless communication across various services. Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist clients in selecting insurance policies that align with their individual needs and requirements.
• Process policy updates, renewals, cancellations, and upgrades accurately and promptly.
• Provide clear explanations of policy terms, conditions, and benefits to clients.
• Support clients through the claims process by guiding them on documentation and procedures.
• Act as a liaison between clients and claims adjusters to facilitate smooth resolution of claims.
• Promote and cross-sell additional insurance products to meet client needs and enhance retention.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal insurance regulations.
• Schedule appointments and manage email correspondence to support efficient client interactions. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance, insurance, or related fields is a plus.
• Possession of relevant insurance licenses, such as Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Sales aptitude and analytical skills to recommend suitable coverage options.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software.
• Experience in data entry, email correspondence, and order management.
• Familiarity with call center operations, inbound and outbound calls, and appointment scheduling. TalentMatch®
