Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Fresno, California. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounts payable and billing processes, along with exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.

• Prepare and execute check runs in a timely manner.

• Code invoices appropriately to ensure correct ledger classification.

• Perform data entry tasks with precision to support financial reporting.

• Manage invoice processing and ensure timely payment to vendors.

• Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reporting.

• Collaborate with team members to improve accounts payable workflows.

• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or billing roles.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong skills in invoice processing and account reconciliation.

• Experience with coding invoices and managing check runs.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and colleagues.
