Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and revise legal documents, correspondence, and filings

+ Manage attorney calendars, meetings, and court deadlines

+ Coordinate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel

+ Handle e-filing in state and federal courts

+ Maintain case files and organize legal documents

Requirements

What You Bring:

+ 3+ years of legal secretarial experience (litigation preferred)

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal calendaring tools

+ Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills

+ Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

+ Professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude
