    Your Key Contributions:

    As the Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll ensure smooth and efficient AR processes while serving as a point of contact for clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include:

     

    + Managing accounts receivable functions, including accurate billing and timely payments.

    + Preparing and sending invoices to clients while monitoring outstanding balances.

    + Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies promptly.

    + Generating weekly and monthly AR reports to provide insights to the leadership team.

    + Collaborating with the finance team to optimize AR processes and reporting tools.

    + Supporting year-end audits and assisting with collections as needed.

    Requirements

    + 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, client billing, or collections, ideally within private equity or professional services.

    + Proficiency in CRM or accounting systems, such as Salesforce or NetSuite, is a plus.

    + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to track AR metrics and analyze trends.

    + Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

    + Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills for client and internal communications.
