    Description

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused People Operations Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll support day-to-day HR operations and help create a positive and engaging experience for our employees. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting teams, improving processes, and growing a career in People Operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes

    + Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems

    + Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries

    + Help coordinate training sessions, team events, and employee engagement initiatives

    + Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

    + Assist in recruitment tasks like posting jobs and scheduling interviews

    Requirements

    + 1–2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related administrative support

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills

    + Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus

    + High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

    + A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    + Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices

    + Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative

    + Experience working with diverse teams and promoting inclusive practices

    + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
