    Description

    We are looking for a highly organized, bilingual and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, multitasking, and maintaining a detail-oriented office environment. The Front Desk Coordinator will play a key role in managing front desk operations, providing exceptional service to clients and team members, and supporting administrative tasks across two office locations. This Front Desk Coordinator position will start the first week of June, please apply immediately to be considered.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the reception area of two office locations, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment.

    • Answer and direct a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls using a multi-line phone system, taking accurate messages as needed.

    • Greet visitors and clients warmly, addressing inquiries and assisting with appointments to ensure a positive experience.

    • Perform light administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry, and distributing mail efficiently.

    • Oversee office supplies and resources, coordinating replenishments when necessary to support daily operations.

    • Address and resolve reception-related issues promptly and effectively to maintain smooth operations.

    • Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support across both office locations.

    Requirements

    + Bilingual in Spanish & English

    + Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    + Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment.

    + Experience managing multi-line phone systems and handling high call volumes.

    + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with clients and team members.

    + Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.

    + Familiarity with data entry and file organization processes.
