Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment within the service industry. Responsibilities:

• Process electronic invoices efficiently and accurately.

• Handle manual invoice entries to ensure proper account management.

• Consolidate vendor invoices for seamless billing to clients.

• Manage client-specific payment terms and ensure compliance.

• Apply cash payments to accounts and maintain accurate records.

• Conduct thorough account analysis for each client to identify discrepancies.

• Communicate with suppliers regarding unauthorized product deliveries and payment issues.

• Resolve open accounts receivable issues through research and reconciliation.

• Collaborate with supervisors to address invoicing and payment concerns.

• Maintain effective communication with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. • Two or more years of related experience, or an Associate’s degree with five years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma with ten years of relevant experience. • Proven experience in high-volume accounts receivable and accounts payable work. • Demonstrated ability to handle complex invoicing and reconcile imbalanced accounts. • Proficiency in cash applications involving large payments and small transactions. • Strong client relationship management skills. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word. • Experience with proprietary or complex software systems, such as Oracle or PeopleSoft, is preferred.
