Description We are looking for a Member Services Representative to join our team in Everett, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while fostering relationships with clients and promoting company products and services. This is a long-term contract position offering opportunities for growth and collaboration in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote company offerings and ensure satisfaction.

• Respond promptly and effectively to incoming inquiries, addressing customer needs and concerns.

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities, following up with leads to drive revenue growth.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for achieving sales targets.

• Accurately quote products and services and process customer orders in the system.

• Monitor customer ordering and inventory levels, providing timely responses and solutions.

• Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company updates and best practices.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support cost-saving measures.

• Adhere to workplace safety policies and foster a positive, respectful work environment. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM systems and banking software.

• Experience with Avaya CMS and Epic Software.

• Strong skills in answering inbound calls and providing benefit-related customer support.

• Familiarity with billing functions, cash activity, and check processing.

• Ability to use computer programs effectively for data management and communication.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
