Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Stratford, New Jersey, this role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling reconciliations, and supporting essential accounting functions. Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are up to date.

• Prepare and post journal entries, maintaining proper documentation and accuracy.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including timely payments and collections.

• Conduct month-end closing activities, ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.

• Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

• Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to manage financial data and reporting.

• Maintain detailed records through efficient data entry practices and thorough organization.

• Support account reconciliation tasks, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved.

• Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, including bank reconciliations and journal entries.

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

• Demonstrated experience in accounts payable and receivable management.

• Familiarity with month-end close processes and payroll administration.

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and practices.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
