    Description

    Robert Half is actively seeking an experienced and detail-focused Accounts Payable Specialist to join a reputable client in Louisville, KY.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Review, code, and process a high volume of vendor invoices

    + Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts

    + Manage weekly check runs and electronic payments

    + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

    + Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies

    + Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice status

    + Process data entry, reconciliation, and reporting tasks

    Requirements

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable or related finance role

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    + Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks) preferred
