What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization. Key responsibilities include:

+ Managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and disbursements.

+ Verifying and reconciling vendor statements, addressing discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolutions.

+ Supporting audits by maintaining thorough and up-to-date records of transactions.

+ Overseeing credit card expense coding and reconciliation.

+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline AP processes and improve efficiency.

+ Assisting in implementing system upgrades or enhancements, particularly in AP-related functions.

Requirements

+ 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably within private equity, real estate, or related industries.

+ Experience using accounting software like Sage, QuickBooks, or Yardi preferred.

+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

+ Solid grasp of accounting principles, especially as they relate to AP processes.

+ Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience in the field.
